Adriana Sinanovic

Founder | Head Senior Remedial Therapist | Myofascial Decompression Cupping Specialist

Adriana has been a practicing Remedial Therapist since 2012. She first completed her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology) at QUT before following her passion and turning her focus towards a more manual and physical therapy. This led her to complete her diploma of Remedial Massage through the Endeavour College of Natural Health.

Adriana has always had a keen interest in health and fitness with a vast sporting background in athletics, gymnastics, springboard diving, surf life saving, trampolining and calisthenics. She now specialises in working with athletes to improve their recovery and performance in their chosen field. She has worked with several reputable sporting teams in Australia such as the Queensland Firebirds, Cricket Australia, Brisbane Broncos, Penrith Panthers, Goldcoast Titans, West Tigers and the Brisbane Lions. She has also worked with a diverse range of individual sporting athletes from golfers, dancers, ultra marathon runners to wheelchair basketball players. Adriana established Balance Sports and Remedial Massage as a home clinic and continues to work with the Brisbane Lions.

Adriana was an ex-elite artistic gymnast and competed for her state, nationally and internationally, becoming WAG level 10 New Zealand Champion in 2005. During her gymnastic career she overcame many injuries and with physiotherapy and regular remedial treatment she learnt the power of positive thinking, body maintenance, recovery and exercise prescription.

Adriana is not only passionate in helping athletes to reach their full potential, but also in helping everyday people with general aches and pains and postural correction. She advocates embracing movement, and encourages a proactive and healthy lifestyle.

When she’s not working Adriana enjoys surfing, hiking, rock climbing, and calisthenics.

“The world changes after a good massage.”
